This phone is in EXCELLENT condition. There are no scratches on the phone as I have always used screen protector and case to prevent scratches. The phone has been updated to iOS 4, jailbroken and unlocked to use on any GSM carrier. This was confirmed with a T-mobile sim card as you can see in the picture below. The cydia app on the phone confirms that the phone is jailbroken.
TOMTOM v. 1.4.1 app has been pre-installed on the phone.
