It is less than a year old. I’ve had a case on it, so it has stayed very well protected. I would rate the phone 9/10 only because it is used and of course if you look at it up close from a couple of inches away you’ll see fine scratches.. I’ve put in a bunch of up close pictures so you can get an idea of the condition. Everything is included, just like when you buy it from Apple. So that’s the phone, USB cable, charger, box, books. This phone is unmolested, never hacked. You will think you bought a new phone. Also, note that I’ve upgraded the operating system to iOS 4 (the latest one). So it is ready to go. Just put in your SIM and sync it with your computer.
For those of you wishing to unlock the phone so you can use it on another carrier, there are instructions on the web on how to easily downgrade the software to 3.12 or 3.13 and then unlock it. It takes less than 30 minutes.
I know that this phone in this condition goes for 375 to 400 plus shipping on Ebay…so please don’t waste my time or yours with low ball offers. My price is VERY fair.
